Learn it yourself, together. Four weeks, a small group, real confidence.

The Workshop is for owners who want to actually do it themselves. Four weeks in a group of no more than eight, using AI on your own business, with Ashley and Eric guiding every step. Because you build it with your own hands, it sticks.

$900 tax included · the ramp-up rate for the full four weeks

What it is

Four weeks of hands-on practice, on your own business, not a generic demo.

You don't watch someone else use AI. You use it, on your real work, with a guide in the room and a group figuring it out alongside you.

01

Four two-hour sessions

Two hours a week for a month, live, eight seats. Each one builds on the last, and each one ends with something working that did not exist when you logged on.

02

Hands-on with your own business

Every exercise runs on your real work: your emails, your marketing, your customer answers, so what you learn is immediately useful, and it sticks because you built it.

03

Nothing required between sessions

No homework, no prep, no catching up. Everything happens in the room. There is a group thread if you want it, but nobody is behind and nothing is graded.

04

You leave with a number

Every session is timed before and after, so you finish the month knowing what these four weeks gave back, in hours a month. Not a feeling. A figure you measured yourself.

How every session works

The same four beats, every week. You always leave knowing what it was worth.

We teach on Claude. Partly because eight hours goes a lot further in one tool than spread across three. Mostly because right now, for a business owner who wants reliability and the best results, we think it is the best tool available. When that stops being true, we will change what we teach. The thinking transfers anywhere. Only the buttons change.

  • We interview you. We hand you a prompt built for that day's work. It asks about your business, your week, the job in front of you, and fifteen minutes later you have your own material to work with. You are also, quietly, watching what a good prompt looks like.
  • Time it. How long that job takes you now, honestly, before we touch anything.
  • Build it. We make the fix together, live, in the session. Not later.
  • Count it. We run it once for real and time it again. That number goes on your scoreboard: a running count of the hours you are getting back. It is a measure of your month, not a competition, and nobody sees it unless you show them.

Where a job is not really about speed, we time it against how long it took to do it that well. A proposal you would have spent ninety minutes on and now spend twenty is still twenty against ninety.

The four weeks

Each week takes more of the work off your hands than the last.

i.

Week one: one task, gone

You do it, faster. Before anything real goes in, we set your account up properly, starting with the privacy settings, so nothing you paste is used to train the model. And we set the ground rules for the room: real work, always, but customer names and anything confidential stay off the shared screen, and no exercise here needs them. Then the interview finds the jobs worth attacking, you take one from the top left, we build the fix, and you run it for real before you log off.

You keep: a working prompt, your effort-impact map, and your first number.

ii.

Week two: an assistant that knows your business

It knows your context. The interview pulls out your real work: your voice, your customers, the answers you keep rewriting. We build an assistant that already has all of it, then you put a genuine job through it in the room and time that against the last time you did it yourself.

You keep: an assistant that does not need to be told who you are every time.

iii.

Week three: it runs without you

You stop being in the loop. The work that still needs you to remember to do it. We set things to run on their own, on a schedule, so the jobs you built in weeks one and two stop waiting for you to start them. This is how we run our own company: the briefing that greets Ashley every weekday morning was built exactly this way. This is the week that changes how the month feels, because up to here you have only been faster.

You keep: something genuinely running without you.

iv.

Week four: make it stick, safely

It survives you, and the tools changing. What to check before you trust an output. What is safe to connect to your business and what to leave well alone. What to do when the tools change under you, because they will, and faster than you expect. Then we total the scoreboard.

You keep: a one-page operating plan, everything you built, and your number in hours a month.

What's included

Everything you need to be able to use AI on your own.

  • Four live group sessions over four weeks, small by design, eight seats maximum.
  • Hands-on work on your own business, guided in real time, not theory.
  • Nothing between sessions. No homework, no prep, no catching up. Everything happens in the room.
  • Everything you build is yours, plus the four interview prompts, your effort-impact map, and your scoreboard.
  • Ashley and Eric in every session, the coach and the engineer, meeting you exactly where you are today.
  • What you need: a Claude Pro account, a real business you are running, and willingness to share your screen with seven other owners, knowing that customer names and anything confidential stay off it. Pro is about $20 a month, paid to Anthropic rather than to us, and it is not included in the seat price. Nothing else, and nothing in advance.

Your guide

Ashley and Eric run every workshop together.

Both of them, every session. One built and sold a small business, one built AI at the highest level, and the room gets both: the coach who meets you where you are, and the engineer who knows what the tools are actually doing. Meet them both.

Ashley Bieschke, founder and coach at Eagle Harbor AI

Ashley Bieschke Founder & Coach

A small-business founder and a patient, practical coach who is genuinely AI-knowledgeable. Ashley founded The Relish, a sports-media company for women who love sports, and sold it to Rebel Girls. She has felt the overwhelm of running a business and learning new tools at the same time, and she teaches the workshop the way she'd have wanted to be taught: no jargon, no pressure, and always starting from wherever you actually are.

Eric Bieschke, chief scientist at Eagle Harbor AI

Eric Bieschke Chief Scientist

Pandora's second employee, Chief Scientist & VP of Playlists across 16 years through IPO, and the builder of the Music Genome Project. In the workshop he is the one who makes the technology behave: when a tool does something odd, you watch it get fixed live, and you learn why it happened.
