AI Salons · Live over video

Most people use AI like a search engine.

Almost nobody's been shown what else it does. In two hours you'll watch three real problems get solved on screen, learn the moves behind it, and leave with your first win planned. $150, eight seats, and it comes off the Workshop if you go on.

Welcome, since you're here

Everyone in our very first salon already used ChatGPT. Every one of them used it like a search engine. If that's you, you're exactly who this is for.

No slide deck and no theatre. A small group watching real work happen on a shared screen, figuring out what AI is actually good for, and what to leave alone for now.

What to expect

A relaxed two hours, and the opposite of a webinar.

Come as you are. You'll watch real problems worked live, and leave with a page of moves you'll actually use.

The pace

Two unhurried hours

Live over video, cameras on. Conversation, not lecture. You can just listen if that's your speed.

The room

Up to eight people

Small on purpose. Everyone gets airtime, and the whole room watches real problems worked in the open.

What to bring

Nothing, honestly

Got something you're wrestling with? Bring it and we may work it live. No idea what you'd even bring? That's exactly who this session is for. No account needed either: if you have Claude, follow along, and if you don't, watch.

What you leave with

A cheat sheet, and a number

The moves that turn asking into delegating, on one page. Plus your first move, written in your own words, with what it costs you today in minutes.

How the two hours run

From asking questions to handing over work, in one evening.

i.

Where everyone actually is

Round the room: what do you use today, and for what? No wrong answers. The whole room will say some version of "I ask it questions", and that's the point. By the end you'll see the difference between asking it questions and handing it work.

ii.

Same tool, three revelations, worked live

The middle hour, on the shared screen, on situations everyone recognises: the difficult email, the letter you keep putting off, the thing you need to research properly. We draw them from the room rather than expecting anyone to arrive with one. It does work, not just answers. It can know your world, and we prove it with a volunteer's real material. And it gets better when you push back. Each one timed: how long does this take you today, and watch the clock now.

iii.

The moves behind what you just watched

The cheat sheet, built live: the three or four moves that turn asking into delegating. This is the one-pager you take home.

iv.

Your first move, written down

Nobody has to invent one. We show a menu of first wins that fit almost anyone, you pick the one that's yours, and write one line: the task, and what it costs you today in minutes. Your estimate, your problem, on paper. And if tonight moved you, the Workshop is four weeks of building this into your own business, and your $150 comes off it.

Ground rules, stated up front: real problems always, other people's names and anything confidential never on the shared screen, and no exercise needs them. What's said in the room stays there.

Who hosts

Ashley and Eric host every session.

Ashley, host of the Eagle Harbor AI salons

AshleyFounder & host

She built The Relish and sold it to Rebel Girls, so she knows the small-business grind from the inside. She coaches, she's genuinely fluent in the tools, and she's the one who makes eight strangers feel like a table of friends by the second cup. Start wherever you are. That's the whole ethos of the night.

Eric, host of the Eagle Harbor AI salons

EricChief Scientist & host

Pandora's second employee and builder of the Music Genome Project, he's the one driving the screen. Watching him hand real work to the tool, and push back when it's not right, is the fastest way to see what this actually looks like when it's done well.
